Details of the Job/Internship
GameChange Solar is hiring a Contracts Manager with 3+ years of experience to support contract management and negotiation within the solar industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, redline, and negotiate terms and conditions of business contracts for the solar industry.
- Conduct contract diligence to ensure all risks are identified.
- Prepare and review non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments, and other contract types with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Review purchase orders to confirm compliance with quoted pricing and contractual terms.
- scalate and coordinate with Corporate Counsel regarding risk analysis and contract disputes.
- Maintain records of all contracts and ensure timely renewals.
- Review vendor and supplier contracts.
- Manage the contract signature process.
- Maintain and manage the contract repository.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as required.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) preferred with 3+ years of experience in contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and administration. Relevant experience in EPC, clean energy, construction, or the solar industry is preferred.
