Details of the Job/Internship

HighLevel is hiring for the position of Contract Manager to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end contract process in IronClad, ensuring timely and accurate intake, review, and execution.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, customers, and event partners to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk.
• Process Optimization: Refine contract templates and workflows within IronClad to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to align contract terms with business goals.
• Risk Assessment: Identify legal and operational risks in contracts and propose effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and relevant legal standards.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, monitor contract performance, manage obligations, and track renewals and key metrics.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
• Proven experience using IronClad or similar contract lifecycle management tools.
• Strong background in negotiating procurement, customer, and event contracts.
• Solid understanding of contract law and key commercial concepts.
• Experience creating, updating, and managing contract templates.

Salary/Stipend
