InteliX Systems is hiring a Contract Manager with experience of 5+ years to join their office in KPHB, Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing W2, 1099 contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Performing redlining and contract negotiations.
• Working closely with internal teams and external legal counsel or attorneys.
• Ensuring agreements align with company policies and legal standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management.
• Hands-on experience in redlining legal agreements, employment contracts, and NDAs.
• Experience working with US or European clients.
• Strong understanding of international contract practices.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
