Details of the Job/Internship
KMEW Group is hiring a Contract/Tender Manager with experience of 5-6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tender documents and submissions.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
- Conduct market research and evaluate contract/tender requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Maintain records of bid submissions.
- Follow up with clients.
- Assist in negotiations and support contract finalization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in preparing and managing tender documents and submissions.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the marine or construction industry is a plus.
