Details of the Job/Internship
KOSOL Energie is hiring for the position of Contract Manager to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain and manage accurate contract documentation and records.
- Provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Support risk management by identifying and addressing potential contractual issues.
- Foster clear communication between legal, project, and business teams to meet obligations effectively.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal best practices.
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience (3+ years) in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
