Details of the Job/Internship
Monaco Engineering Solutions is hiring a Legal – Contracts Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal stage to contract close-out.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of a contract management system covering all lifecycle stages.
- Support the design and implementation of a subcontract management system, including selection, evaluation, negotiation, and close-out.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare reports to identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks.
- Review, negotiate, and approve client documents such as EOIs, MOUs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, Ts & Cs, agreements, and variation orders.
- Review and approve subcontractor agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements and contractual documents with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare procurement and contractual documents for subcontractors in line with company standards.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and communicate on contract-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain proper documentation, record keeping, and risk registers for all contracts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in contracts and subcontract management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, disputes, and compliance, including FIDIC White Book and EPC contracts.
- Understanding of English law and civil law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Salary/Stipend
