Muthoot FinCorp Limited is hiring a Contract Manager with experience of 5-10 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and finalize agreements including vendor, customer, SoW, loan documents, NCDs, and addenda.
- Conduct gap analysis, ensure adherence to applicable laws, and align contracts with corporate policies.
- Develop templates, tools, and best practices and deliver training to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and commercial teams and maintain contract repositories and MIS reports.
- Track risks, opportunities, and performance metrics across the contract portfolio and report with recommendations.
- Review marketing materials and support commercial projects from a legal perspective.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B., LL.M. preferred) with 5-10 years PQE in contract management and advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Working knowledge of finance and NBFC operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contract management tools.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.
