Details of the Job/Internship
Muthoot FinCorp Limited is hiring a Contracts Manager with 5–10 years of experience in contract management and advisory roles.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and finalize agreements including vendor, customer, SoW, loan documents, NCDs, and addenda.
- Conduct gap analysis and ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Develop contract templates, tools, and best practices, and provide training to teams.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and commercial teams.
- Maintain contract repositories and MIS reports.
- Monitor risks, opportunities, and performance metrics across contracts.
- Provide legal advisory support, including reviewing marketing materials and commercial projects.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.; LL.M. preferred).
- 5–10 years of PQE in contract management and advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Working knowledge of finance and NBFC operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with contract management tools is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
