Details of the Job/Internship
Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is hiring a Contract Manager with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and finalize vendor, customer, SoW, loan, NCD, and addendum agreements.
- Conduct gap analysis and ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Develop contract templates, tools, and best practices, and provide training to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and commercial teams.
- Maintain contract repositories and prepare MIS reports.
- Track risks, opportunities, and performance metrics across the contract portfolio.
- Review marketing materials and support commercial projects from a legal and compliance perspective.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred.
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in contract management and advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Working knowledge of finance and NBFC operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contract management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
