Details of the Job/Internship
Percipere is hiring a Contract Manager to handle contract lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring for its Mumbai and remote operations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and supporting overall contract management processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and oversee execution of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company standards.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and relevant parties.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties.
- Prepare reports on contract status and resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Analyze contracts to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain contract templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement and manage contract management systems.
