Plant Supervision is hiring a Contract Manager – Global Workforce Solutions with relevant experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate manpower and technical service contracts, including framework agreements, project agreements, service agreements, NDAs, subcontractor contracts, and global mobility/EOR-related documents.
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal (Denmark) on high-value or complex contracts and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
- Support sales and operations teams with proposals, scope of work, pricing, variations, and commercial terms.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, social security, labour laws, visas, work permits, and HSE requirements.
- Identify contractual risks and propose practical solutions.
- Maintain templates, general terms, and clause libraries for heavy and technical industry projects.
- Assist the global mobility team with project setups in new countries and new partnerships.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, SLAs/KPIs, and notify stakeholders proactively.
- Support variations, claims, disputes, and contract-related matters with internal teams.
- Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments.
- Provide basic contract training to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Experience in contract management or commercial law, preferably in heavy industry, construction, energy, technical services, or manpower/staffing.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal concepts including liability, indemnity, LDs, variations, confidentiality, IP, and termination.
- Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of balancing legal and business needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contract/document management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
