Riviera Partners is hiring a Contracts Manager with relevant experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and business queries.
- Ensure contracts accurately reflect business terms while protecting company interests.
- Create and maintain templates, process documentation, and internal policy guides.
- Provide contract training, guidance, and support to business teams.
- Analyze complex provisions, pricing, and terms to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a high-impact environment.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) required.
- Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and redlining skills for MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as CCPA and GDPR.
- Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign preferred.
- LL.M. (Master of Laws) is an added advantage.
