Details of the Job/Internship
Teamware Solutions is hiring for the position of Contract Manager with 5-9 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities

- Strong interest in technology and willingness to understand product and business landscapes.
- Quick thinker with strong decision-making skills when navigating complex legal and commercial matters.
- Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage workload independently and proactively.
- Deadline-driven professional who thrives under pressure and adapts to changing priorities with ease.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism, sound business judgment, and minimal need for supervision.
- Excellent communication skills—especially the ability to distill complex issues into executive-ready summaries within five sentences.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or formal legal training is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial agreements within a corporate setting.
- Proficient in handling end-to-end commercial transactions and legal documentation.
- Strong understanding of key legal concepts such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Warranties, Termination, Data Protection, and Confidentiality.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and strike a balance between business objectives and risk mitigation without compromising client relationships.
- Experience in supporting business teams—preferably within a technology company or large corporate environment.
- Capable of providing timely, concise legal advice to senior leadership on contractual risks and obligations.
- Well-versed in contract law, including practical applications such as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) or its equivalents.
- Strong drafting skills, including the ability to create original content when templates are not available.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior members of the contracts/legal team.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations or similar legal frameworks is a plus.
