Details of the Job/Internship

Titagarh is hiring for the position of Contract Manager with 8-12 years of experience to join them in their Ahmedabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• A contract manager, who oversees the life cycle of contracts. Work on drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with supplier/service partners along with procurement & legal team 
• A contract manager oversees the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts within an organization. 
• He/she ensures that contracts meet legal requirements and align with company goals. 
• This role often involves negotiating terms, monitoring compliance, and mitigating. 
• Responsibilities of contract managers include overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. 
• contract managers also identify and mitigate risks to safeguard the organization’s interests. 
• They are also in charge of safely maintaining all contractual records. 
• Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution. 

Eligibility

• B.Tech/ Master Degree.
• Working Experience – 8 to 12 yrs.
• Negotiation skills.
• Legal knowledge.
• Communication and relationship management.
