Details of the Job/Internship

TechWise Digital is hiring for the position of Contract Managment - Legal Risk with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Review, amend, and negotiate contractual clauses aligned with company policies
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in contracts

Contract Repository & Compliance

• Maintain an audit-ready, centralized contract database
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and legal frameworks

Procurement Platform Enablement

• Optimize procurement systems and support process enhancements
• Train stakeholders for better adoption and use of procurement tools

Vendor Lifecycle Management

• Support vendor onboarding, renewals, and ongoing compliance
• Liaise with internal teams to monitor vendor performance and resolve issues

Reporting & Policy Support

• Track contract health, SLAs, and vendor KPIs
• Assist in shaping procurement and governance frameworks

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (Procurement, Law, Business, or related field).
• 3+ years in contract or vendor management roles.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in contract management software/tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
• Must be based in Bangalore.

Salary/Stipend
