Role and Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts and legal documents.

• Support the legal team in risk assessment and contract lifecycle management.

Eligibility

• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory frameworks, particularly in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to lead independently and influence decisions.
