Details of the Job/Internship

Turner & Townsend is looking for a candidate for the position of Contract Reviewer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake contract reviews.
• Liaise with PII and general insurance brokers to confirm coverage, and respond to queries.
• Provide ad hoc contract advice to operational teams and liaise with clients/their legal teams (where requested) to resolve contractual matters.
• Support operational teams through the RM process, help them resolve issues, and get into contract quicker.
• Help to improve risk management tools, systems, and processes.
• Work with the operational teams to increase risk management awareness, compliance, and capability.
• Sox control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to, where applicable.

Eligibility

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification/experience.
• Strong administrative skillset – Microsoft Works tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint).
