Details of the Job/Internship

Worley is hiring for the position of Contract Specialist II with 5-10 years of experience to join them in their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review Contract/Tender Document (JV, MSA, Draft Contract/Tender etc.) and come up with qualification/deviations (markup version of contract/tender document) in accordance with Worley risk policies.
• Participate in risk review / sales workshop related to new opportunities.
• Participate in Negotiation meetings with Customer if required on the qualification/deviations sought for logical conclusion based on the internal alignment.
• Work in co-ordination with Sales Team & Legal Team for active participation & collaboration on the new/ongoing opportunities.

Eligibility

• We needed 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Any engineering degree or equivalent.
• Contract Management experience or qualification is added advantage but not mandatory.
• Industry - Oil & Gas preferable.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
