Details of the Job/Internship

Aierac Inc. is hiring for the position of Contract Specialist to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage client, vendor, and partner contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms to align with company interests and compliance standards.
• Ensure all agreements meet legal and organizational policies.
• Maintain organized records of executed contracts and renewal schedules.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to address contractual concerns.
• Provide guidance and risk assessments related to contractual obligations and changes.
• Support contract lifecycle management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, contractual structures, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in the web development or tech industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
