Details of the Job/Internship
Allwyn Corporation is looking for a candidate for the position of Contract Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join them at their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for contract review, approval, and administration.
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all contractual agreements.
- Review and analyze financial documentation and transactions related to contracts.
- Reconcile contract-related accounts and coordinate journal entries as needed.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to streamline contract and accounting workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, financial transactions, and process documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in US IT based contract management and/or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of US contract law, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with contract management software and accounting systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
