Details of the Job/Internship
GRASS is hiring a Contract & Operations Specialist for a remote, project-based contractual role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Lead business development and generate sales opportunities.
- Identify, onboard, and manage professional painters.
- Prepare technical reports for pre- and post-application phases.
- Handle billing processes, quotations, and financial documentation.
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely project execution.
Eligibility
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or home improvement.
- Understanding of painting technical specifications and processes.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in contract law.
- Educational background: HS (Science) with experience, or BSc/BTech in any discipline, or experience in the decorative paint sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (advantage).
- Experience in sustainable or home improvement industries (advantage).
