Details of the Job/Internship

JLL is hiring a contract specialist with 7 to 8 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the contract process from idea to execution through direct engagement with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support contract reporting and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goals.
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives.
• Maintain reports, templates, and analyses consistent with company and Client branding requirements.
• Identify opportunities and effectively communicate with the team to streamline and improve the process.
• Actively engage with team and stakeholders on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and procedures
• Perform additional job duties, as requested.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2 -3 years prior experience in the supply chain, operations, project, program, change management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Ability to work independently - strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)

Salary/Stipend
