MorSer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Contract Specialist with relevant experience to work remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and prepare finance-related contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Manage contract workflows using DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and internal systems.
- Review documents for completeness and compliance.
- Maintain organized digital records of executed contracts.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
Eligibility
- Experience in a contract-related or similar administrative/legal documentation role.
- Fluent spoken and written English (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Adobe, Word, and document management tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary/Stipend
