Details of the Job/Internship

Multistrat is hiring a Contract Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, particularly technology and IT agreements. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and execute commercial contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, and vendor service agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier contracts.
• Maintain and organize a structured contract repository ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.
• Monitor contractual milestones including renewal dates, termination rights, and performance obligations.
• Analyze supplier agreement stacks to identify conflicts, precedence structures, and commercial risks.
• Ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
• Track contractual obligations and compliance requirements within supplier agreements.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining required contract documentation.
• Collaborate with vendor management teams to ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Support monitoring of supplier performance across enterprise IT supplier relationships.
• Provide contract interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Assist cross-functional teams in structuring agreements for new services, partnerships, or technology implementations.
• Support the implementation of contract analytics and automation tools to improve risk monitoring and contract visibility.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value optimization within supplier contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or supplier management.
• Experience working with enterprise suppliers and large-scale vendor agreements.
• Experience handling IT procurement, SaaS agreements, or outsourcing contracts.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience with AI tools for contract analysis or familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms is an advantage.
• Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
