Newarch® is hiring a Contract Management Specialist with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Borivali, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor and service agreements.
- Develop and maintain contract management systems and processes.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables for compliance.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and issues.
- Conduct contract audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare contract status reports and performance metrics.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Train and guide team members on contract management practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
