Details of the Job/Internship
Quadrant Technologies is hiring a Contract Specialist (US & Indian) with 2–4 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office at Mindspace, Madhapur. The role includes night shift work (9:30 PM–6:30 AM IST) and involves reviewing, negotiating, and managing compliance for US and Indian IT service contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review US IT services contracts and purchase orders for legal compliance.
- Identify risks, ambiguities, and non-compliance in contracts.
- Coordinate with Indian Attorney to ensure statutory and regulatory alignment.
- Draft, redline, and negotiate agreements for clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure adherence to laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and Indian IT regulations.
- Act as liaison between US legal teams and Indian Attorney.
- Maintain centralized contract documentation and report to management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with US and Indian contract laws.
- Proficiency in contract management tools.
- Knowledge of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs in IT service contracts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
