Details of the Job/Internship
SaaS Legal is hiring for the position of Contract Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of contracts: NDAs, SLAs, Vendor Agreements, MSAs—you name it.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with Indian and international regulations.

- Keep client reports and trackers updated (yes, it's Excel time—but think of the skills!).
Eligibility
- Qualifications: BA LLB from a recognized Indian university.
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in Indian contract law (and if you know international/cross-border regulations, that’s a huge plus).
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, confident drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Mindset: Proactive, communicative, and ready to learn. You work independently but thrive in a collaborative setup.
