Details of the Job/Internship
Stratacent is hiring a Sr. Analyst – Contract / Legal with 8–10 years of experience to join its Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, and subcontractor contracts.
- Assess contractual risks, including liability, indemnity, IP ownership, and data protection.
- Provide structured risk summaries to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams during pre-sales and contract finalization.
- Support cross-border contract reviews with US and UK counsel.
- Develop clause libraries, templates, and contract playbooks.
- Manage contract repositories, obligation tracking, and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Support dispute documentation and claims analysis.
Eligibility
- 8–10 years of experience in contract management or corporate legal roles.
- Strong experience in IT services contracts.
- Exposure to US/UK contract frameworks is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Business Administration or related field.
- LLM or certification in Contract Management or Corporate Law is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
