Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Contract Specialist to join their Legal function in Delhi. The role involves supporting the legal operations of TCS and its subsidiaries within the region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Legal functions of TCS and its subsidiaries within the region.
• Review and negotiate customer and vendor contracts.
• Manage and lead a small team in contract-related work.
• Handle legal proceedings and arbitration matters for the company.
• Coordinate with external counsels and advocates for due diligence and title searches.
• Review and negotiate lease agreements, license agreements, and sale deeds on behalf of the company.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of contract laws.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating customer and vendor contracts.
• Prior experience leading a team of at least two members.
• Preferably experienced in IT outsourcing contracts, NDAs, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and related documents.
• Knowledge and experience in handling suits, criminal proceedings, employment-related litigation, and arbitration.

Salary/Stipend
