Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and logistics.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Build and manage high-performing teams and foster a positive company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Based in Singapore with valid work authorization.
