Accenture in India is hiring a Contracting Counsel Senior Analyst with 7+ years of experience in contract management to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate buyside contracts such as service agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, and software licenses.
- Advise business teams on contractual risks and ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and information security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Procurement, HR, Workplace, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Maintain and update legal templates and documents.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and third parties.
- Support initiatives within the Global Legal Network.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years of experience in contract review and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinker with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Accenture services, stakeholder coordination, and time management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
