Its Procurement organization handles critical functions including Third Party Risk, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Deal Management. The Bengaluru office operates as a Stripe Delivery Center with specific in-office requirements.

Details of the Job/Internship

Stripe is hiring a Contracting Operations Specialist with experience of 4–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Answer initial intake questions and educate stakeholders on the risk assessment and supplier contracting process.
• Conduct initial reviews of contractual terms, assemble Stripe templates, and prepare agreements for legal review.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle within the Agiloft CLM system.
• Partner with business teams on commercial negotiations and provide a "DRI-first" guided experience for all transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, and Sourcing teams to reduce risk and improve process visibility.
• Monitor productivity and communication with stakeholders using the Zip procurement tool.
• Analyze internal data and pull reports from Agiloft to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as contract lookups, research for stakeholders, and systems reconciliation.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law or a relevant field is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in formulating and reviewing end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to understand and work with complex commercial and legal language in contracts.
• Proficiency in gSuite tools, MS Office products, and experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems (preferably Agiloft).
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing business leaders.
• Ability to work 100% from the office in Bengaluru.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry and a "builder's mindset" for creating new systems are preferred bonus qualifications.
