Precision for Medicine is hiring for the position of Contracts and Budgets Associate with 1 year of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution.
- Coordinate the execution of agreements.
- Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least one year of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements (e.g., NDAs, CTAs) and managing the contract process.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, scientific disciplines, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience developing Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA and budget negotiations.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with study teams, CRAs, Start-up Associates, and other stakeholders to meet study timelines.
