Details of the Job/Internship

ACPL Design Ltd. is hiring a Contracts and Commercial Management professional to join their office in South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and reviewing contracts, managing commercial agreements, negotiating terms, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining records, collaborating with internal teams, and liaising with stakeholders across real estate, architecture, construction, and related consulting industries.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and proposals.
• Manage commercial agreements and negotiate terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Stay updated with industry legislation and best practices.
• Liaise with stakeholders across real estate, architecture, construction, and consulting sectors.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in contract or commercial management are preferred.
• Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, construction, and related industries is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, legal documentation, and regulatory policies.
• Proficiency in contract management, proposal drafting, and negotiation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment and commercial strategy.

Salary/Stipend
