Kapital is hiring Contracts and Legal Operations Executive to join their office in Online mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate various contracts, including supplier contracts, services contracts in compliance with the applicable laws.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with terms and conditions.
- Efficiently handle the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution
- Review contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established internal policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to contracts and corporate operations
- Conduct risk assessments on contracts and recommend strategies to mitigate potential legal risks.
- Develop, implement and administer internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws
- Drafting legal letters
- Collaborating with functions on matters related to employment, tax, company etc
- Handle essential legal administrative functions
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution; postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Experience in contracts drafting, negotiation, management and legal support in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and hands-on experience in drafting contracts, legal letters and negotiation.
- Familiarity with Indian, US and Canadian laws and regulations related to contracts and business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
