Details of the Job/Internship

DSI Tech is hiring Contracts Attorney to join their office in Online Mode.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law, or a bachelor's degree in business administration, or related fields, plus a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of FARS and DFARS requirements preferred.
• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business.
• Demonstrated credibility in customer and team interactions preferred.
• Meaningful prior contract negotiation and drafting experience preferred.
• Experience working with government contracts is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract terms, formation, and interpretation.
• Contract negotiation strategies and related best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Readily handle substantive work with only general supervision and to work independently on a variety of projects.
• Take initiative in organizing, prioritizing, and planning multiple projects and responsibilities. Proficient with computers and related programs, as well as the ability to conduct legal research online.
