Aurora Energy Research is hiring for the position of Contracts Coordinator to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise contractual documentation for Aurora’s APAC business under the guidance of APAC Legal Counsel and Contracts Manager.
- Coordinate and submit client tender documentation through external portals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal contract and policy documentation.
- Offer guidance to internal teams on contract generation and process improvements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Identify and implement improvements to contract management and business processes.
- Present clear and concise contract updates and process changes to stakeholders.
- Generate, analyze, and report on contract and project data in line with internal requirements.
- Ensure all signed and draft contracts, along with completed tenders, are securely stored and well-organized.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
- Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management, governance, and legal terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think proactively and creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in legal, contract management, or project management roles.
Salary/Stipend
