Details of the Job/Internship
KKR is hiring a Corporate Attorney – Legal (Commercial Contracts) with over 7 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor, technology, and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with KKR’s commercial guidelines and processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and law firms on contract matters.
- Monitor legal developments and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Support projects involving legal oversight over agreements related to company and workforce management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal role.
- Proven experience in negotiating commercial and technology contracts.
- Preferred experience in multinational finance/shared services or private equity.
- Excellent communication and legal interpretation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
