Details of the Job/Internship

The Law Offices of Kushan Chakraborty is hiring a Contracts Counsel with experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure adherence to contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal guidance on contract terms and related issues.
• Support internal departments on contract-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal changes.
• Oversee select litigation mandates.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm.
• Strong legal research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
