Details of the Job/Internship
Cyderes is hiring a Contracts Manager, Legal with 5–8 years of experience to support its cybersecurity business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements including MSAs, EULAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partner agreements.
- Support go-to-market activities by collaborating with Sales Operations, Privacy, and GRC teams.
- Review and respond to RFPs and other solicitation documents.
- Advise management on contractual terms and conditions.
- Guide internal stakeholders through the contract lifecycle process.
- Conduct commercial contracts due diligence for M&A transactions.
- Handle additional legal matters as they arise, based on experience.
Eligibility
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience drafting and negotiating IT and cybersecurity agreements.
- Prior in-house legal experience preferred.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
- Experience with a Contracts Management System is preferred.
- Exposure to employment, privacy, or corporate matters in India is preferred.
