Aanya Real Estate Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of contracts manager with 10+ years of experience to join them at their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Contracts Manager will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and evaluating ongoing contracts, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, and implementing efficient contract management processes.
• The role requires maintaining accurate records, mitigating risks, resolving contract-related disputes, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Management.
• Strong understanding of Legal Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Vendor and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
• Experience in Risk Mitigation and Dispute Resolution.
• Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and delivery requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering relevant certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate projects or the construction industry is a must.
• Relevant experience of 10 + years with luxury real estate developers, for luxury high rise towers from foundation to handover.
• Executed Contracts in Civil, Infrastructure, MEP & Finishing.
• Knowledge of all terms and conditions in a contract, rates, ratios and percentages.
• Knowledge and understanding of the different phases of construction.
