Details of the Job/Internship

Lummus Technology is hiring a Contracts Manager in Gurgaon. Candidates must have 0-3 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining database of contracts.
• Working closely with legal team to ensure all contracts are accurately uploaded into the CLM system at appropriate time during the contract lifecycle.
• Uploading older, active contracts (signed agreements).
• Supporting internal clients, including working closely with Project Controls, throughout the life of projects, including change orders, amendments, etc.
• Oversight of contracts, other than procurement, to adhere to legal requirements, with authority to work with clients to correct.
• Provide basic support to internal users of Agiloft CLM application.
• Client base is primarily in US and EU; will need to adjust availability to support the teams.
• Go-to person for locating historical agreements.
• Maintaining hard copies (originals) where required Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Eligibility

• University degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent where the law program is duly recognized by the Bar Council of India. 
• 0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience.
• Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong working knowledge of office systems including Microsoft Office applications.
