Details of the Job/Internship

Precision For Medicine is hiring for the position of Contracts Manager with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including but not limited to:
  • Master Services Agreements
  • Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
  • Consulting and Vendor Agreements
  • Confidentiality and Master Confidentiality Agreements
  • Amendments and other related legal documents
• Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracting standards, and relevant regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to study team members regarding the status of ongoing contract negotiations and finalizations.
• Track, report, and manage site contract performance metrics and timelines.
• Maintain organized contract files and databases, including archiving and version control.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at streamlining contract execution processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative to drive enhancements.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Eligibility

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
• Background in legal, scientific, or healthcare-related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
• Proven experience in managing interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors in a clinical research environment.
