World Wide Technology is hiring a Legal Counsel with 5–10 years of experience to review, negotiate, and manage customer and commercial contracts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer and standard commercial contracts.
• Provide practical, innovative, and workable legal solutions for complex transactions.
• Engage with sales teams, senior management, and internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Support business teams under tight timelines and competing priorities.
• Develop strong relationships with business units and management.
• Collaborate as a team player and assist colleagues with urgent tasks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree required; Law degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in customer or commercial contract review and negotiation.
• Experience in in-house legal departments preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical legal guidance.

Salary/Stipend
