Details of the Job/Internship
Perceptive Inc. is hiring a Contracts Manager (Legal) with 3–5 years of experience to join their remote team in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate global client and vendor agreements including MSAs, SOWs, COs, and NDAs.
- Support contract execution in coordination with internal teams including Proposals & Contracts and Procurement.
- Assist with legal aspects of RFI responses and vendor forms.
- Manage contract review tools, including AI-based platforms.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical services.
- Strong understanding of contract law, especially UK and US East Coast jurisdictions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and AI contract tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred; degree in Business Administration or related fields acceptable.
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication required.
