Details of the Job/Internship
Jacobs is hiring a Contract Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support contract reviews and conduct risk assessments for new and existing agreements.
- Assist in the proposal phase, including certifications, representations, compliance checks, and analysis of contract terms.
- Maintain and update contract databases with proper version control.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contract status and requirements.
- Contribute to documentation standards and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Project Controls on contract-related matters.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university, preferably LLB.
- 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal support.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of contract structures, terms, and risk elements.
- Ability to interpret RFPs and client requirements.
- Certification in contract management, experience with CLM tools, public sector contracting, or government frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours supporting global operations.
