Details of the Job/Internship
Tekgence Inc is hiring a Contract Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience for its Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts including SOWs, MSAs, staffing agreements, and related documents.
- Reviewing procurement agreements and service level agreements.
- Contract vetting and negotiation with vendors to align terms with company interests.
- Managing the approval process, filing, retrieval, and archiving of contracts.
- Handling operational activities related to consultants and employees.
- Liaising with internal teams and US IT staffing vendors regarding compliance and information requests.
- Acting as a legal representative and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Maintaining records of vendor MSAs, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Collaborating with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to finalize agreements.
Eligibility
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Understanding of US staffing contracts, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and US labor law.
