Cenergy International Services is hiring for the position of Contracts Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a core member of the SCM team, providing local market expertise for S2P activities in India.
- Collaborate daily with the SCM GSS team to deliver timely and accurate contract support.
- Manage all phases of pre- and post-award contracting, including:
- Developing scopes of work and contracting strategies
- Conducting supplier due diligence, bidding, and evaluations
- Managing supplier performance and relationships
- Overseeing contractual correspondence, amendments, and claims mitigation
- Utilize eProcurement tools for contract formulation and management.
- Partner with Legal and subject matter experts to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Chevron OE and HES requirements, promoting safety and operational excellence.
- Support contract owners in applying risk and decision analysis throughout the contracting process.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a contracting/procurement professional in large corporations.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
