Revvity is hiring for the position of Contracts Specialist to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and administration of clinical contracts while ensuring full compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration during contract reviews by facilitating effective communication between legal, finance, operations, quality, and business teams.
- Implement and manage a strategic prioritisation system for contract reviews to ensure timely processing and execution of agreements.
- Monitor contract lifecycles, track expiration dates, and proactively initiate renewal processes to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Set up new accounts by implementing pricing in relevant systems, determining billing cadence, and maintaining accurate payment tracking.
- Manage billing functions, resolve pricing discrepancies, address internal and external inquiries, and collaborate with the Finance team for account resolution.
- Oversee order management activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
