Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Contract Specialist to join them in Kolkata office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, contract drafting, lease abstraction, lease management
• Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers
• Ability to work independently and ability to multitask

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law (Bachelor’s in law /Master’s in law).
• Conveyancing knowledge and experience of handling real estate contracts.
• Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management.

Salary/Stipend
